1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the arai888 platform, accessible at arai888.net ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published on the Platform.

Arai888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use arai888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• Is registering on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gambling activities.
• Has never had an account closed by arai888 for a prior breach of Terms.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Arai888 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Should arai888 determine that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements, all funds in the account may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only at arai888. Holding more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's details, is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all remaining balances.

When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification, a valid email address, an active mobile number, and correct banking details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential.
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify arai888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.

Arai888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party where you have failed to keep your login credentials confidential.

4 Deposits & Payments

Arai888 accepts deposits via approved payment methods available to players in Malaysia. The accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR and instant transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the maximum daily deposit is RM 50,000 unless otherwise stated. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder. arai888 does not accept deposits from accounts or e-wallets that are not in the registered member's name.

Deposit credits will be applied to your account within 1–3 minutes once payment is successfully confirmed. If credits are not received within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment for further assistance.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP accounts.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the arai888 account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made before those requirements are fulfilled.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes on business days. Under certain circumstances, such as security reviews or technical issues, processing may take up to 24 hours. arai888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or if identity verification has not been completed.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Arai888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

The general terms applicable to all arai888 bonuses are as follows:

• 150% Welcome Bonus up to RM 888 is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member is eligible to claim it once.
• The standard rollover requirement is 15x (deposit + bonus) unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Arai888 reserves the right to void bonuses and decline withdrawals if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Wagering on certain games such as baccarat may contribute less than 100% towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the respective promotion terms for details.

Arai888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. arai888's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and dispute resolution are final.

7 Game Rules

All games on arai888 — including Live Casino, slots, table games, virtual sports, and e-sports — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within each game's interface. Where there is a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence.

All game results are final once a round is completed. arai888 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently certified and audited to ensure the fairness of all digital games. Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers monitored in real time.

• Winnings will be credited to your account balance automatically once the round is completed.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game, all affected bets will be fully refunded to your account.

• Manipulating games by any means, including the use of bots, automated software, or other abusive techniques, is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the arai888 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one account or using an account on behalf of another individual.
• Using false information, a stolen identity, or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Conducting money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to automate gameplay or abuse the system.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds.
• Instructions from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the arai888 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, once all required security checks have been completed.

10 Personal Data Protection

In all cases, arai888's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
